Kurt Geiger is pleased to offer a new FREE delivery service Click & Collect, available in Kurt Geiger stand alone stores. Now, you can purchase online and send for collection to your preferred store.

Item(s) will be available to collect from your store of choice from the point you are notified via email and text message that your order has arrived to the selected store.

At this time, Click & Collect is only available for selected Kurt Geiger shoes. 


  • How do I use Click & Collect?

    Click & Collect is available in the check out as a free delivery option.

    To find your local store, enter a postcode, town or city in our store locator to select your chosen store.

    Choose the store you’d like to collect from and complete your purchase.

    You will receive an order confirmation email with the Click & Collect store details.

  • Which stores offer the Click & Collect delivery service?

    Click & Collect is available at all Kurt Geiger stand alone stores across the UK & Ireland.

    At this time, we are unable to offer Click & Collect at department store concessions.

  • Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

    Yes. If you change your mind, you may cancel the request by contacting Customer Services on:

    Monday – Friday: 9am-8pm GMT
    Saturday: 10am-5pm GMT
    Sunday & Bank Holidays: 11am-5pm GMT

  • Can I order and collect it the same day?

    Unfortunately, we can only deliver to a store within 3-5 working days. We offer Next Day delivery online as a preferred delivery option. Alternatively, please contact Customer Services who can look into your query further.

  • Why can I not reserve an item for the same day in my selected store?

    We do not offer this service currently but our Customer Service team will be happy to look into your query further.

  • What items can be reserved?

    All items on the website can be ordered and sent for collection to your selected stores

  • Can I use an online offer or discount code when using Reserve & Collect?

    Yes, online offers and discount codes can be applied to Click & Collect orders during the checkout process.

  • Can I order and return or get a refund in the store?

    Yes, we offer returns and exchanges in store excluding orders that have used Paypal as payment method. All orders using Paypal should be returned via our returns process. Click here for more details.
